Historical stock-outs
Helmivo remembers a physically confirmed sell-out, including where and when it happened, then surfaces that evidence when you prepare a similar event again.
Useful when the next version of an annual or recurring event is being planned. Helmivo advises; it never changes quantities automatically.Inventory

Count the organisation’s physical stock once, allocate it to an event, and return confirmed reusable closing stock without duplicating quantities.

This build uses device storage for secure sign-in, portal continuity, preferences, update safety, offline/PWA behaviour and notifications you choose to enable. Helmivo does not currently load a usage-analytics beacon in this build.

Essential authentication and security storage keeps the protected Helmivo session working, separates account identities and prevents unsafe writes after an account/session change.
